Well a more aesthetically pleasing and directional midterm was realized. I like the blue rather than the red.

I really liked the look of my video piece so i developed something around it...the western wanted poster with some addons works for me...

This is a big improvement on your last Webcam experiment, I can see this is is going in an interesting direction now. The only Issue I see is that when I try to move the monocle the hat moves instead.
I think you have a good start here Eric. I might suggest you allowing some features like snapping in place with some of the objects. That or it even be nice to be able to send some objects back. I personally don't look good with the beard. Maybe incorporate some more features to add to the wanted poster. Perhaps a cigar or cigarette? I think you have something going for you though.
I agree that your midterm is more aesthetically pleasing. The "film clip" overlay does not seem as out of place here.
In regards to your video project, making one's own wanted poster is an interesting concept. There is a lot of potential here for elements one could add. Personally, I feel your concept could come across more if you maybe masked an area for the head to show up, and made the poster itself a bit more opaque so one could see his/her face a bit more. Also, consider adding text boxes for the messages under the image/
I didn't get that they were bullet holes by image alone! i like the blue background better for your midterm.
looks better on the midterm. i dont know how well the video piece is working though. the hat specifically. that beard is pretty nasty, too.
I don't know how I feel about some of the items being pixelated. Maybe that can be a good fix.
